garlic rice

1 1/2 cup rice
1/4 green pepper
1/4 red pepper
1/4 orange or yellow pepper
2 tbsp garlic butter
3 tbsp chicken broth
3 cups water
4 or 5 fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup shrimp
3 tbsp olive oil

combine water, rice, garlic butter and chicken broth and a sauce pan and cook for 20 minutes after the water starts to boil.

Cut peppers, mushrooms and shrimp into small pieces and fry in a wok. Fries best in olive oil.
When rice and veggies are cooked combine together.
